The Classic Collared Shirt

Happy Monday Everyone! Whenever I can’t think of anything to wear – I always reach for a collared shirt and jeans. It is a classic look. I love a great collared shirt – its a wardrobe staple! Whether its fitted, button down, loose and flowy, sheer, cotton, silk… it never goes out of style.  This weekend when my husband and I were out running errands I had him take a few shots of me of me in my classic look! I wore this green collared shirt with white boyfriend jeans and heels.

Easy Saturday Look

Whoa – its already Wednesday?!! The weekend went by way too fast! First off – Happy Eid to everyone who is celebrating! Suhail, Zara, and I had a fun Eid weekend with our family in Michigan! Normally, Suhail and I come back rested – but this time we came back exhausted. I think we can attribute that to having too much fun! It was great seeing all of our family and friends. We go back to Michigan so often that sometimes I feel like we live in two places. I am thankful that its within driving distance – otherwise it would be really difficult especially with a 9 month old.

While we were in Michigan – My family and I got to check out the farmers market in Ann Arbor! I always forget how fun Ann Arbor is especially in the summer – there is always something fun going on! On the style: I wanted an ultimate laid back Saturday look, but still chic!  I paired a pair of boyfriend jeans with a loose top and wedges and dressed it up with accessories!

Aqua Blue

Todays look is one I would wear when I am on the go! Those are the days you want to keep it as easy and casual, but still look chic! For those days I always turn to a couple go-to pieces in my closet. With the weather being a little chilly I chose a pretty aqua blue drape sweater and paired it with a tank, grey jeans, a scarf, and flat sandals.

Easy Weekend Style

Hi Everyone! Here is my easy weekend style look that I previewed on Instagram earlier this week. I paired a simple white tee with boyfriend jeans and dressed it up with my favorite tan heals. I love boyfriend jeans because they are super stylish yet laid-back and comfortable at the same time. I also wore a floral scarf that I found at Nordstrom Rack! Scarves instantly add color and style to any outfit!   DSC_0615DSC_0611 DSC_0625   DSC_0618 DSC_0604 copyEWK 1    Top: Forever 21 / Jean: Express / Shoes: Past season but something similar / Scarf: Nordstrom Rack (past season) – but something similar /Belt: Asos/ Bracelets: Gold Cuff and Watch  / Hat: Urban Outfitters
